Don't worry — resetting your password on fa9 is quick and easy. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes.

• 1
Go to the fa9 login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link.
• 2
Enter your registered mobile number. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to that number, usually within 30–60 seconds.
• 3
Once you verify the OTP, you'll be taken to a page to set a new password. Use at least 8 characters — mixing uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters will make your password stronger.
• 4
Log in immediately with your new password. Your old password will no longer work.

If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact fa9 support directly via live chat — they'll verify your identity through KYC documents and help you add a new number.

An accumulator or serial bet is a special type of wager where you combine the outcomes of multiple events — if all your selections are correct, the odds multiply and you can win big. It's easy to do on fa9.

• 1
Go to the Sports Betting section and click on your preferred outcome for the first match. It will be added to your bet slip.
• 2
Add a second, third, or more matches the same way — once you have more than one selection, the bet slip automatically switches to "Accumulator" mode.
• 3
Your bet slip will show the total potential winnings. Enter your stake amount — you can start from as little as ৳50.
• 4
Click the "Place Bet" button and confirm.

Keep in mind: in an accumulator, a single wrong selection loses the entire bet. It's wise to start with 3–5 matches. Check the Sports page on fa9 to see the maximum number of events you can combine.
